Doula Labor Support

There’s no doubt about it: all available evidence shows that doula support leads to improved physical and emotional outcomes for parents and babies: The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) specifically recommends doula care for improved medical outcomes, nonmedical pain coping, and labor progress, as well as decreased chances of cesarean birth.

  • Unlimited phone, text and email support for your questions, concerns and/or simply for encouragement

  • 1-2 Prenatal visits to discuss birth plan or preferences, labor coping tools and techniques and postpartum plan

  • On call 24/7 at 38 weeks onward

  • Continuous, by-your-side support during labor and birth 

  • Initial breastfeeding support

  • Postpartum visit in the privacy and comfort of your home to address newborn care, feeding, or any additional support needed

  • Referrals to care providers and additional resources as needed
